About/CV

I’m a mixed media artist based in Austin, Texas, working with textiles, paint, and paper to create layered, color-driven pieces.

I like making work that feels vibrant, textured, and a little bit chaotic, but still pulled together. My inspiration comes from nature, especially wildflower gardens in Austin and Maine, as well as interiors and textiles, and how those things overlap in everyday life.

When I’m working, I want to feel transported to a place that’s indulgent and overflowing, like being at a garden party, surrounded by layers of color, pattern, and a sense of abundance. That feeling of lushness and full sensory immersion is something I try to build into each piece.

At the end of the day, I make art that I want to live with, pieces that feel rich, a little unexpected, and a pleasure to come back to.
