Gluggle Jug is inspired by cherished objects in my home—an orchid, our cat Uma, mason jars, red chairs, and a teal porcelain orb—and a recent trip to Maine, where I encountered the whimsical gluggle jugs. In this piece, I layered fabric, paper, and acrylic paint to create a composition that feels both familiar and new, merging elements of my daily life with the charm of the gluggle jug. The result is a playful and personal reflection on the objects and experiences that bring joy and meaning to my life.
