Created as my first collage one year postpartum, Porch in Bloom captures the essence of my porch during summer—a space where I found moments of stillness amidst the changes of new motherhood. The piece layers fabric, paper, and acrylic paint, reflecting the textures and colors of that time and place. It's a personal exploration of growth, transformation, and the beauty found in everyday moments.
